Abelis was created by uniquely combining the history of wine and elegance.The cetral winery of the traditional settlement of Vothonas ,with a history of over 250 years, has been converted into 3 comfortable and luxurious suites with a private courtyard and pool. The place is dug inside the depths of the volcanic soil which is an indispensable element for the unique taste and quality of Santorini wine.

Entering the central courtyard of Abelis, the visitor is taken to the authentic Santorini , completely untouched by time. Each suite retains the identity of the winery with barrels, tanks and wine producing areas that have been succesfully turned into a and unique experience of comfortable accommodation. The décor consists of furniture and objects of the time when the winery was in operation, combined with modern interventions of a high standard of living.
